9 jeetwin Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") serve as the agreement between the 9 jeetwin platform and its users ("members"). The platform provides various entertainment services including casino games, slots, sports betting and live casino. By beginning to use the service, the member is considered to have read and agreed to the full content of these Terms.

9 jeetwin reserves the right to amend, change or update any part of these Terms at any time. If any change is made, members will be informed through their registered contact details, and continued use of the platform after the change will be considered as acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Membership and Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To open an account on 9 jeetwin, a member must be a Bangladeshi citizen or resident in Bangladesh and must be at least 21 years of age. Opening an account for minors or legally restricted persons is strictly prohibited. All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and up to date.

2.2 One Member, One Account

Each person may open only one account. If the same person or the same device is found attempting to operate multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and the balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification

9 jeetwin reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport or other government-issued documents may be requested for this purpose. 3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit on 9 jeetwin is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, etc.). Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted — the source of the deposit must be registered in the member's own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Identity verification on the member's account must be completed before a withdrawal request can be made.

3.3 General Transaction Provisions

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; before the bonus can be withdrawn, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be placed.

4.2 Other Promotions

Weekly deposit rewards, 9 jeetwin Slot Festival, weekend special offers, birthday gifts and refer-a-friend rewards — these promotions apply subject to specific conditions. Each offer has its own wagering requirements, validity period and maximum amount, which will be clearly stated on the promotions page.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, place arranged bets or collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and the account may be closed.

5. Gaming Rules

5.1 General Gaming Conduct

Members must maintain fair and honest conduct while playing on the 9 jeetwin gaming platform. Any attempt to use software, bots or automated methods to cheat the gaming system will result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is displayed incorrectly or the system is disrupted due to a technical error, 9 jeetwin reserves the right to void that round and return the amount wagered. There is no obligation to pay out any abnormal reward displayed as a result of a technical error.

5.3 Responsible Gaming

9 jeetwin believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — it should not be treated as a source of income. 6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9 jeetwin platform:

• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
• Conducting transactions using third-party accounts
• Attempting to hack, crack or intrude into the gaming system
• Attempting to collect bonuses through fraudulent means
• Attempting to collect or access another member's account information
• Placing any bet on behalf of or for a minor
• Contacting the support team using aggressive, hateful or obscene language

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Upon notifying the support team via live chat or email, the account will be closed once any pending transactions have been completed.

7.2 Closure by Platform Decision

9 jeetwin reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in cases of terms violation, suspected fraud or security concerns. The relevant member will be informed as far as possible in such cases.

9. VIP Program

The 9 jeetwin VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.2% at Bronze and up to 0.8% at Diamond. Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week. The decision to advance a member to a higher VIP tier is at 9 jeetwin's discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

9 jeetwin is not liable for losses caused by technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues or failures of third-party services. Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their own account — any loss resulting from sharing a password or login details is the member's own responsibility.
